Customer Service Rep.
Bergen Shippers is a 3rd party warehousing and shipping company, shipping to major department stores and boutiques; some of our accounts are Macy’s ~ Lord & Taylor ~ Bloomingdales ~ Nordstrom’s ~ Kohl’s ~ Bergdorf Goodman
Bergen Shippers is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to oversee the day-to-day process of our clients’ shipments. His/her primarily responsibility is to ensure the allocation of orders and the prompt shipping of all orders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ð To print and confirm all picktickets
ð Follow up on all picktickets, changes, cancellations, as needed
ð Confirming of all ship to locations, store or DC
ð Revisions of all cancellation, address changes, ship to locations and short ship approvals
ð Liaison between the warehouse and the client
ð Troubleshoot any concerns of the client
ð Maintain clients file/account and shipping profile
ð Research disputes of inventory and chargeback’s as needed
Requirements:
Experience-in an apparel environment
3rd party/public warehouse experience helpful but not required
Knowledge of vendor compliance- routing etc. (Federated stores etc.)
Strong organization skills
Data entry skills
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with a team to achieve planned results
Bilingual, helpful but not required
No phone calls and no third party solicitations
